1 cup ground sunflower seeds* 1/2 cup grated raw carrots 1/2 cup finely chopped celery 2 tablespoons onion, chopped 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped 1/4 cup tomato sauce 1 egg 1 tablespoon oil 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon basil 1 tablespoon chopped green pepper
Instructions
1. Mix all ingredients and pat into a 9 inch square pan.
2. Bake at 350 F (180 C) for 20-25 minutes.
3. Cut into squares -- can eat in lieu of burgers.
