BEEF STEW
Ingredients
3 pounds stew beef
2 lemons (use juice)
2 cups beef stock
2 onions, chopped
1 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1 cup chopped green chilies (hot or mild)
2 cloves minced garlic
2 teaspoon oregano
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon honey
Instructions
1.
Marinate beef in lemon juice.
2.
Place all ingredients in an oven proof casserole dish (or slow cooker) and bake at 250F for about 12 hours.
