BAKED WINTER SQUASH

Ingredients

winter squash (acorn, butternut, banana, or spaghetti)
butter or honey to taste

Instructions

1. Cut squash in half, scoop out seeds and strings.
2. Place squash with cut side up in a covered pan.
3. Add a little water
4. Bake for 30 - 50 minutes at 350 degrees.
5. When squash is done (soft), mash it and add butter or honey.
