1. Cook whole chicken, 10 carrots, 3 celery stalks plus salt for four hours.
2. Remove chicken.
3. Puree veggies in the liquid.
4. Fill pot with whole cauliflower, broken apart.
5. Add enough broth to mostly cover cauliflower. Simmer 30-40 mins until cauliflower is very tender. With any utensil, break cauliflower apart further.
6. Add salt and pepper to taste.
