1 cup chopped fruit (strawberries, blueberries or raspberries) 2 tablespoons honey
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 140 degrees or the lowest it'll go. Line a baking sheet with plastic wrap.
2. Blend honey and fruit in blender until smooth, about 20 seconds or so.
3. Pour the mixture onto the cookie sheet and bake until it's dry, about 3 hours or so. Don't turn the heat up -- it'll just burn the fruit. Be patient.
4. Once the fruit is dry, take it out and set aside to cool. Then just roll it up and it's ready to eat!
