2 chicken breasts 3 egg whites 5 leaves spinach 3 pieces fresh cilantro 1 clove garlic, minced 1 small piece ginger, minced salt peppercorn 3 mini carrots (no preservatives)
Instructions
1. In a medium pot, boil breast chicken, add ginger, garic, cilantro, and carrots.
2. Set the timer for 25 minutes. Remove the chicken breast and place in the blender with eggwhites. Blend until the texture suits your taste.
3. In a pan, spread the batter mixture to make a pancake shape.
