3 cups almond flour 2/3 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese 1/2 stick butter 2 tablespoons honey (optional) 1/3 medium onion, chopped 2 eggs 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon ground ginger
Instructions
1. Mix flour, cheddar cheese, butter, honey, and onion.
2. Add in eggs, baking soda, salt and ginger.
3. Mix well, spoon into muffin tins.
4. Bake at 350 F (180 C) for about 30 min.
