Ingredients
1 pound (440 g) pork chops
6 garlic cloves, peeled and minced fine
½ teaspoon salt, or to taste
1 sprig rosemary (approximately 12-15 leaves)
1 tablespoon (15 mL) olive oil
Instructions
1. Rub the pork chops with a mixture made out of the garlic, salt, and rosemary leaves (removed from stem), Place pork chops in an ovenproof pan and bake at 350°F (180°C or gas mark 4) until done, about 30-40 minutes
2. You may cover the pan with foil while cooking, to prevent chops from drying out
3. and oil
