2 sprigs mint, stems removed ½-inch ginger piece, peeled and sliced ½ teaspoon honey 1½ cups (240-360 mL) hot water Use this drink to “soothe and be soothing” - as our 6-year-old says. Whether it’s at the end of a long day, for tired limbs, or a stomach that feels funny, the ginger and mint will work together to put you at ease.
Instructions
1. Bring all ingredients to a boil in a stovetop pot
2. Serve immediately
