This is a thick and refreshing drink. You can add a twist to it with the lime and cumin. You could replace the cantaloupe with watermelon chunks for a variation.
Ingredients
1½ cups (240 g) cantaloupe melon chunks G teaspoon salt ¼ teaspoon lime, juiced G-N cup (60-80 mL) water pinch of cumin powder, if desired
Instructions
1. Blend all ingredients in a juicer
2. Mix with additional water for a less thick consistency
Yield
2 cups (480 mL)
