1 package unflavored gelatin 1/2 cup cold water 1 1/2 cups boiling water 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1 tablespoon onion grated 1 teaspoon vinegar 1 teaspoon sea salt 1 teaspoon dill weed 1 pound cooked salmon flaked
Instructions
1. Make gelatin per directions on box.
2. Add lemon juice, onion, vinegar, salt and dill weed.
3. Cool until partially set. Then add salmon. Mix lightly.
4. Pour into mold. Chill til set.
5. Serve on crisp lettuce.
