A refreshing cool fruity treat after a long day swimming at the beach or playing games outside in the sunshine.
Ingredients
16 fresh strawberries (about 2 cups or 300 g) ½ cup (120 mL) water J cup (42 g) honey ½ teaspoon (3 mL) vanilla extract
Instructions
1. In a processor (or hand blender) pulverize strawberries and water until smooth
2. Add in the honey and vanilla extract and continue to mix until all ingredients are combined
3. Freeze in airtight container so that the sorbet sets (or make it into popsicles in molds)
4. If you have an ice-cream maker, you may use that as well to create the sorbet
Yield
4-6 servings
