1 bag fresh cranberries, rinsed and drained 1 large flavorful apple, diced 1/4 cup raisins 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger 1 cup honey (or to taste) 1 1/2 cup water
Instructions
1. Combine all ingredients in a med saucepan and bring to a boil.
2. Boil at least 5 minutes (until cranberries burst).
3. Continue to cook for a more "saucey" consistency (I did about 20 minutes).
