CRUST 1/2 cup honey 1 egg 2 cups almond flour 2 teaspoons vanilla extract 1/2 mashed ripe banana FILLING 1/3-1/4 cup honey 1 egg 3 or 4 sliced ripe bananas (but not too ripe) 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
1. For the crust, mix together and spread into pie pan, bake for 20-25 minutes at 350F or until golden brown, let cool.
2. To prepare the filling, heat all ingredients together over a double boiler until thick, "creamy", and well-cooked.
3. Pour over cooled crust, put in fridge and let cool for at least 1 hour.
