3 cups almond flour, hazlenut flour or pecan flour 1/4 cup honey 1/2 cup applesauce (homemade/SCD compliant) 3 eggs (may use 1/4 cup melted coconut oil instead) 2 teaspoons baking soda 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon vanilla 1/2 teaspoon ginger 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 300° F.
2. Mix and form little balls the size of walnuts.
3. Place evenly on non-stick cookie sheet, silpat or parchment paper.
4. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until slightly brown.
