1 boneless skinless chicken breast cut in strips 2 cloves garlic, minced 10 mushrooms, sliced olive oil butter honey mustard sage rosemary salt and pepper 1 tablespoon cold SCD yogurt 1 tablespoon SCD mayo with raw garlic blended into it
Instructions
1. Heat a skillet and add oil and butter. Saute mushrooms and garlic.
2. Add chicken strips and seasoning (sage, rosemary, salt, pepper).
3. Add honey and mustard. Stir fry until golden brown and cooked through.
4. Move to a plate and add yogurt and mayo.
