2 1/2 cups minced cooked chicken breast 3 tablespoons finely chopped onion 3 tablespoons finely chopped celery 2 tablespoons finely chopped carrot 2/3 tablespoons nut flour 1 egg white 1/2 teaspoon sage or poultry seasoning pinch salt pinch pepper
Instructions
1. Combine all ingredients and mix well.
2. Roll into balls and place on a cookie sheet.
3. Bake at 400 degrees F (220 C) for 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
4. These are good plain or dipped in mustard. Hot or cold.
