SOFT CINNAMON RAISIN BREAD

Ingredients

3 1/2 cups almond flour
3 eggs
1/4 cup melted butter
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup yogurt (homemade)
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons cinnamon
1/2 - 3/4 cup raisins

Instructions

1. Mix together in food processor, adding raisins at the very end.
2. Put in buttered loaf pan and then bake at 350 degrees (180 C) for 45 minutes.
3. Let it cool completely before removing from pan.
