1 large sirlion steak 1 small chopped onion 2 cups tomato juice 1/2 cup homemade yogurt 1 pint fresh mushrooms salt pepper
Instructions
1. Have butcher tenderize steak
2. Cut in strips and brown in olive oil
3. Add onions & sauté
4. Add tomato juice and simmer until tender
5. Add sliced mushrooms and yogurt and simmer for five more minutes
6. Add spices to taste
7. Serve with vegetables or salad
