Ingredients
3 tablespoons (42 g) ghee
3 cloves garlic, peeled and minced fine
2 (42 g) tablespoons honey
2 cups (220 g) almond flour
Instructions
1. Combine all the ingredients together in a mixing bowl
2. (If you like your biscuits more garlic-flavored, add more chopped garlic to the mix
3. ) Set the oven at 350°F (180°C or gas mark 4)
4. In the meanwhile, grease a non-stick baking tray with some additional ghee and drop the biscuit batter onto it with enough space in between each batter drop
5. Place it in the oven, and allow it to bake for approximately 10-15 minutes
6. The biscuits should be golden-yellow and not brown (that would mean they were burnt on the edges or underneath)

20-25 biscuits
