You can spice up these deviled eggs if you choose. We have provided a very simple version here that you may modify to your liking.
Ingredients
4 eggs 3 tablespoons (42 g) Pam’s Mayonnaise (p. 354) salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. To make hard-boiled eggs: In a stovetop pan, add in enough water to immerse the eggs you have placed in gently
2. Turn on medium flame, and when water comes to a boil, turn off the burner
3. Cover pan with a lid and let stand for 15 minutes
4. Cool eggs by immersing them in cold running water
5. When they have cooled down, shell the eggs and cut in half lengthwise
6. Scoop out the yolks and place them in a small mixing bowl
7. Set the white halves onto a plate
