The carrots fries are sweet and scrumptious. You can add a variety of other roasting veggies such as celeriac and beetroot to create a multicolored effect. - Raman & Nilou
Ingredients
1 pound (260 g) carrots, peeled and ends trimmed 1 tablespoon (15 mL) peanut or olive oil G teaspoon dried dill flakes G teaspoon salt J teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. Chop the carrots lengthwise into small strips that resemble French fries
2. Mix together with other ingredients in a flat baking pan/tray and allow to cook at 375°F (190°C or gas mark 5) for 20-30 minutes
3. Flip the carrots halfway through so they can be cooked on all sides
4. The carrots should be crisp and lightly browned
