MOIST PEACH COBBLER
Ingredients
Crust:
1/4 cup almond flour
1 tablespoon dripped yoghurt
2 teaspoons honey
Filling:
1/2 large peach peeled and sliced
1 pat butter
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
drizzle of honey.
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375ยบ F.
2. Combine crust ingredients in dish, mix well and press flat (Use a 4" soup dish for this.)
3. Cover with sliced peach.
4. Add dots of butter and drizzle on honey.
5. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Notes
I wanted a sort of peach tart with a hurry up crust and what I got was a moist, sweet Peach Cobbler.
