3 pounds stew beef
2 lemons (use juice) 2 cups beef stock 2 onions, chopped 1 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin 1 cup chopped green chilies (hot or mild) 2 cloves minced garlic 2 teaspoon oregano 1 tablespoon vinegar 1 tablespoon honey Instructions
1. Marinate beef in lemon juice.
2. Place all ingredients in an oven proof casserole dish (or slow cooker) and bake at 250F for about 12 hours. Notes
