sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1/4 cup softened butter
1 teaspoon white horseradish
dry mustard (to taste)
pecan pieces, chopped
1. Mix a grated cheddar cheese with softened butter.
2. Add white horseradish and a small amount of dry mustard.
3. Blend in food processor a little at a time, adding a scant amount of water to get the blades moving if needed.
4. Shape your creation into a ball
5. Coat with chopped pecan pieces. Looks lovely. Tastes better.
