1 1/2 cup almond flour

1 tsp baking soda
1/5 cup dried yoghurt or DCCC
1/5 cup cheddar or swiss cheese
1 egg (beaten separately)
500 grams minced meat well-cooked
2 big onions cut in pieces and lightly baked in olive oil
1 tablespoon oregano
5 big tomatoes, skin and seeds off
1/2 cup water
1 teaspoon SCD-allowed mustard
2 tablespoons apple white vinegar
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon pepper (sweet) powder
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon salt
1. Mix together ingredients for Sauce and cook in casserole dish for about half an hour or until right consistency.
2. Prepare the filling.
3. Mix together ingredients for the crust. Spread crust mixture in pan and bake in oven until lightly brown.
4. Add Sauce and filling. On top more Cheese. Bake until your cheese on top is melted and brown here and there.
