2 tablespoons butter
2 teaspoons cinnamon
honey to taste
4 cups SCD homemade yogurt
1. Mix honey into the yogurt until it is the desired sweetness (I like mine kind of tart still). Put in freezer a couple of hours before you plan to serve.
2. Core and slice apples. Melt butter in skillet on med-low heat. Add apples, cinnamon, and honey, if desired. Saute until apples are cooked through, but not falling apart.
3. Spoon yogurt ice cream over individual servings of the warm apples.
