8 fish fillets (pollock, cod or flounder)
3/4 cup almond flour
juice from 1/2 lemon
1. In large skillet, sauté fish in 1/4 C.-1/2 C. butter. (If fillets are frozen, in skillet, thaw over low heat and pour off water, then add butter.) Fish will break up into pieces.
2. When butter is melted, add almond flour, lemon juice.
3. Add hot sauce in desired amount.
4. Once all ingredients are together, continue to saute for about 5 more minutes.
5. Serves 4-6.
