1/2 cup homemade (SCD) mayonaise
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1/2 cup homemade yogurt
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon mustard (dijon or other)
6-8 oz bleu cheese (crumble)
salt to taste
cayenne pepper to taste
1. In a small mixing bowl, beat together mayonaise, lemon juice, vinegar, yogurt, honey and salt.
2. Add the bleu cheese and cayenne pepper and beat again.
3. Refrigerate and then serve with your favorite salad.
