1 tablespoon orange juice
2 1/2 cups almond flour
1 1/2 cups mashed (how 'bout pureed?) cooked carrots
1 honey honey
1 tablespoon wine
1. Separate eggs. Beat yolks. Gradually add honey to yolks. Beat until thick.
2. Stir in carrots, orange juice, wine and almond flour.
3. Fold in stiffly-beaten egg wihites. Bake at 325 degrees F (165 degrees C) for 50 minutes.
