4 egg yolks
1/2 cup honey 1/2 teaspoon almond extract (or 1/4 tsp nutmeg) 2 cups almonds, ground Instructions
1. Beat yolks, honey, extract, and add ground nuts. Chill for 1/2 an hour.
2. Roll into balls and top each with half an almond. 3. Bake for 10 minutes (doesn't say what temperature, but I'll assume 325-350 degrees F). Notes
