3-4 bananas (fully ripe, no green at the tips)
2 cups unsweetened coconut flakes
1/4 cup legal pinapple juice
1/4 cup honey
1. Cut bananas into 1/4 inch slices. I use a food slicer to make chips uniform.
2. In large mixing bowl, combine juice and honey. Add banana slices and stir softly to coat bananas but not mush them.
3. Use slotted spoon to remove bananas, let drain slightly. Add to bowl of coconut flakes to coat.
4. Place each slice on food dehydrator trays and dehydrate for 8-10 hrs. Voilá!
